Does anyone have a REALLY superb resource for printing business cards and other materials?

RE: the title, I mean— who knows of a really, really good place to get them printed? I’ve been less than thrilled with the local work I’ve seen, and the ones that ARE done well are far out of a reasonable price range, since this isn’t for commercial purposes.

I’ve also been a longtime customer of Overnight Prints, but I’m considering switching to Moo.com for two reasons:

1. Moo allows custom images on the backs of cards, so they’re like a mini-portfolio, which is very, very cool. A lot of my friends/peers use it.

2. Lately, Overnight Prints, despite their wonderful paper quality and spot gloss, have been screwing up the colors and placement of my images quite badly, to the point where two batches set up the same way with the same file don’t even look alike.

But, what I really really reallly would like, is an extra case and such for my cards. Personal branding, and the like, so there’s some white space to write info on, and also to slip the occasional freebie into.

So, tumblr, I ask you:

Who does an amazing job with custom printing, die cuts, spot gloss, and all of that for business cards and personal branding?
